From your first contact with Carlyle Landscapes you will begin to understand how important your business is to us and how different we are from others.

The first thing you will asked to do is to complete a client landscape questionnaire. We do this because we need to understand you in order to meet your needs better.

Once we have reviewed your questionnaire we are then able to offer an efficient and effective landscape consultation service. During this consultation we are able to provide you with practical solutions to a wide range of horticultural and landscaping issues. With combined landscape project experience of around a thousand landscapes built in Australia and internationally, the chances are we have seen it before. If we are not able to provide you with solutions during this consultation, then in most cases we can easily find out by consulting within our professional network. We often facilitate the engagement of a full spectrum of professionals such as arborists, engineers, landscape architects, and specialized building trades to find solutions and get the job done. After our consultation we can provide you with a personalized landscape report, detailing solutions discussed,  including preliminary sketches, planting lists, and cost estimates depending on your needs.
